In light of the new 2021 NSW COVID Lockdown currently in effect, there will be some impact on dispatch and shipping times.
As always, we want to make your Car Audio shopping experience as flawless and enjoyable as possible. However, there are always some factors that can make this difficult, like the NSW COVID Lockdown. We’re committed to making this as seamless as possible, however, we do need some understanding and assistance as we do so.
NSW COVID Lockdown Effects
Those of you that are aware of Bankstown, NSW would know that we’re smack-bang in the middle of the Sydney-Metro area. This means that the full effect of the NSW COVID Lockdown is felt at our store.
All orders, returns and warranties are conducted from our store. This 14-day lockdown will slow the dispatch, shipping, and hand-over processes between our store and our shipping partners.
Our normal processes see orders packed and dispatched same-day (most of the time). We’re committed to keeping these processes as much as we can. We’re expecting there to only be an extra 48-72 hours between order and dispatch during the 14-day NSW COVID Lockdown.
Any delays from dispatch to delivery (or, delays from our shipping partners) is something, we wish we could, we cannot control.
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive multiple emails from our systems letting you know it’s on its way. You get the tracking number of your package. We recommend using an application such as AfterShip to track the movements of your parcel.

We ask that you work with us during this period and allow us the time needed to reply to you. Also, have a little bit of patience and understanding between what you’re asking and what can be done, or controlled by us.
When you place an order with us, you will get a series of emails and confirmations:
- An email from us confirming the order. This email will contain a PDF Invoice with your invoice number and your all-important Order ID
- Any emails from our system with the process of the order. If we have to add any notes to the order, dispatch notices etc.
If you haven’t received anything, please check your junk email first before contacting us – it’s possible it’s chilling in your junk email.
How it Affects You
During the 14-day NSW COVID Lockdown, you’re still able to shop from Australia’s leading Independent Car Audio specialists. We’re still processing orders and you’re still getting the best products at the best value imaginable.
The difference between normal and now, is that dispatch and shipping is expected to take 48-72 hours longer. You will receive all of your confirmations and tracking details as per normal.
We ask for your help and assistance in giving us a little more time to process and get through backlogs whilst still complying with the NSW COVID Lockdown laws ourselves.
