As we enter a normally busy shipping and processing time of year, 2020 has added its own level of complexity. Please be patient and allow a little longer for your deliveries to get to you. Pick and packing will be as quick as possible, but will differ between items dependant on their location. Transit times will differ greatly depending on load and demand. When your order is shipped from us, you'll receive your tracking number, so at all times, you'll be able to see the progress and location of your order. For added peace of mind, we suggest you download and use the free app AfterShip (iPhone and Android) to keep an eye on the whole process.
As with all of 2020, there are restrictions and limitations on what we can do, ask of our postal partners. Things like Signature on Delivery and other delivery confirmations are not available. Please keep an eye on your tracking information, or the AfterShip application to be sure that you're home when your delivery is set to arrive. Should there be issues with your delivery, you must contact us ASAP as there is a time constraint on actions that we're able to take on your behalf.
