Nakamichi Car Audio is a new player in the Australian market this year, coming off the back of some impressive gains and results in Asia. The Nakamichi NAM3510-M7 Apple CarPlay and Android Auto unit is probably our favorite budget Apple CarPlay/Android Auto Unit this year.
The Japanese engineering is clear when looking at the unit, as well as installing it into your car. For its price, it has a pretty impressive list of inclusions: USB connection for data and charging, Bluetooth for crystal-clear hands-free, responsive, and enjoyable Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto and Reverse Camera capable.
THE NEW KID ON THE BLOCK
Let’s start with the obvious here – yes, this is Apple CarPlay AND Android Auto capable and licensed. So, yes, this is the cheapest Apple CarPlay and cheapest Android Auto head unit on the market (that we support and recommend at least).
We’ve gone deep and given the Nakamichi NAM3510-M7 a full review here if you’d like to have a read. We’re pleasantly surprised with the performance, look, feel and sound we get from the Nakamichi. We’ve got them installed in two of our Bankstown Sound & Marine rides and we love them!
Keep an eye on this brand, we’re anticipating some pretty impressive things!
