It is stored in the web server that hosts this website and is protected by a 2048-bit encryption and is accessible by internal Bankstown Sound & Marine staff.

7. 3rd party Payment providers
Credit Card and other payments details are never stored or saved on this website. They are protected through to independent payment gateways. At this time, Bankstown Sound & Marine utilise PayPal, AfterPay, and Zip as our payment gateways. All information about their privacy policies can be found through those links.
8. Offline Contact
When you sign up to a mailing list, create an account, or process a sale on the Bankstown Sound & Marine website, we will retain your First Name, Email Address, and Mobile Phone number if we obtain it.
We do this to stay in contact with you in relation to new products, sales events, and customer service. Should you wish to not hear from us anymore, each email is sent with an Unsubscribe link in the footer - you're able to remove yourself completely from all future mailings.
9. OTP Verification
To combat Credit Card fraud we have implemented a One Time Passcode (OTP) Verification process for all orders paid via Credit Card. It's a short, simple process that allows us to verify that your order is in fact genuine.
A OTP is sent to the mobile number you've entered into the order screen, you're required to enter it correctly for your order to be processed. This OTP process takes a total of 5-10 seconds.
